Here's a lightning bolt I drew on GIMP, using a tutorial by shadow umbre (you can find it in my faves). It's a very good tutorial, but unfortunatly this art I made is not very good. I didn't expect anything great though, because I am after all, drawing with a mouse. Combine that with the fact that I suck at GIMP and that it took me about twenty minutes, and you can see why this is a kinda shitty piece of art.
If there are any other mouse-drawers out there who have some tips for me, I'd love to hear them. I'd like to get a tablet someday, but until then... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
